Binche Carnival
[Binche, Belgium. 2025]. The Carnival of Binche is an annual festival in Binche, Belgium, featuring performers called Gilles in elaborate costumes who throw oranges at the crowd. Recognized as a UNESCO Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity since 2003.
