Article 1 – Scope of Application
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) exclusively govern the contractual relationship between Antoine Dogan and any person (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) making a purchase through the online store available at www.antoinedogan.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
1.2 These Terms apply to all products offered for sale on the Website and are intended exclusively for Customers who are at least eighteen (18) years old and possess full legal capacity.
1.3 By placing an order on the Website, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms without reservation, as well as the applicable prices.
1.4 Antoine Dogan reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to an order shall be those in force on the date the order is confirmed.
Article 2 – Intellectual Property
All content available on the Website, including but not limited to texts, images, photographs, graphics, logos, source code, design, and layout, is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Antoine Dogan.
Any reproduction, representation, distribution, publication, modification, exploitation, or use of any part of the Website or its content, in any form whatsoever, without the prior written consent of Antoine Dogan, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.
Article 3 – Product Information
3.1 Products are offered for sale subject to availability. The display of a product on the Website does not guarantee its immediate availability.
3.2 Product photographs, descriptions, and other information displayed on the Website are provided for informational purposes only and shall not be considered contractually binding. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a manifest error, including but not limited to pricing or product descriptions, Antoine Dogan reserves the right to cancel the affected order. If payment has already been made, the Customer shall receive a full refund.
Article 4 – Prices
All prices displayed on the Website are stated in euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Antoine Dogan reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products shall be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 5 – Payment and Security
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other payment method made available at checkout.
All transactions are processed through secure payment systems. Antoine Dogan does not have access to the Customer’s banking or payment information at any time.
In the event of a payment dispute, payment refusal, suspected fraud, or any other issue affecting the transaction, Antoine Dogan reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Article 6 – Delivery
6.1 Delivery Methods
Orders are shipped via La Poste – Colissimo to the delivery address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and may take up to three (3) weeks.
6.2 Liability
Delivery shall take place only after full payment of the order has been received.
The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided when placing an order. Antoine Dogan shall not be liable for any delay, delivery failure, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Customer.
Article 7 – Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If the Customer receives a product that is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the order, the Customer must contact Antoine Dogan within thirty (30) business days of receipt at the following email address:
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, applicable in France and throughout the European Union, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods.
As all photographic prints offered on the Website are printed on demand, no returns, exchanges, or refunds shall be accepted except where the product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the original order.
Article 9 – Taxes and Customs Duties
Prices displayed on the Website are exclusive of applicable taxes. Any taxes due shall be calculated and applied at checkout according to the delivery address provided by the Customer.
For international orders, customs duties, local taxes, import duties, handling fees, or other charges may be imposed by the authorities of the destination country. Such charges are beyond the control of Antoine Dogan and shall remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Article 10 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of the Website, or any order placed through the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

1.1 – Les présentes conditions générales de vente (ci-après « CGV ») régissent de manière exclusive les relations contractuelles entre Antoine Dogan et toute personne (ci-après dénommée « le client ») effectuant un achat sur le site Internet marchand accessible à l’adresse suivante : www.jeremycamuset.com (ci-après « le site »).
1.2 – Les présentes CGV sont applicables à l’ensemble des articles proposés à la vente sur le site et sont réservées aux clients âgés de plus de 18 ans et disposant de la pleine capacité juridique.
1.3 – Toute commande passée sur le site implique la consultation et l’acceptation sans réserve des présentes CGV ainsi que des tarifs applicables.
1.4 – Antoine Dogan se réserve le droit de modifier les présentes CGV à tout moment. Les conditions applicables sont celles en vigueur à la date de validation de la commande.
Article 2 : Propriété intellectuelle
L’ensemble des éléments présents sur le site (textes, images, photographies, graphismes, logo, code, mise en page, etc.) constitue une œuvre protégée par le droit d’auteur international et demeure la propriété exclusive de Antoine Dogan.
Toute reproduction, représentation, diffusion, exploitation ou utilisation, totale ou partielle, de ces éléments, sous quelque forme que ce soit, sans autorisation écrite préalable de Antoine Dogan, est strictement interdite et pourra faire l’objet de poursuites.
Article 3 : Informations relatives aux articles
3.1 – Les articles sont proposés à la vente dans la limite des stocks disponibles. La présence d’un article sur le site ne garantit pas sa disponibilité immédiate.
3.2 – Les photographies et textes illustrant les articles sont fournis à titre indicatif et n’ont pas de valeur contractuelle. Malgré le soin apporté à leur présentation, des erreurs peuvent survenir. En cas d’erreur manifeste (prix, description, etc.), Antoine Dogan se réserve le droit d’annuler la commande concernée. Le client sera alors intégralement remboursé si le paiement a déjà été effectué.
Article 4 : Prix
Les prix indiqués sur le site sont exprimés en euros (€) et correspondent aux prix de vente hors taxes. Antoine Dogan se réserve le droit de modifier ses prix à tout moment. Les produits sont facturés sur la base des tarifs en vigueur au moment de la validation de la commande.
Article 5 : Paiement et sécurisation
Le règlement des achats s’effectue directement sur le site par carte bancaire, ainsi que par tout autre moyen de paiement proposé au moment de la commande, tels qu’Apple Pay ou Google Pay, selon la disponibilité du service. Le paiement est exigible en totalité au moment de la commande. Les transactions sont sécurisées par les systèmes de paiement utilisés. Antoine Dogan n’a à aucun moment accès aux informations bancaires du client. En cas de litige ou de refus de paiement, Antoine Dogan se réserve le droit d’annuler ou de refuser toute commande.
Article 6 : Livraison
6.1 – Modalités de livraison
Les commandes sont expédiées via La poste - Colissimo à l’adresse indiquée par le client lors de la commande.
Les délais de livraison peuvent varier selon la destination et peuvent aller jusqu’à 3 semaines.
6.2 – Responsabilité
La livraison intervient après encaissement complet du montant de la commande.
Les informations fournies par le client lors de la commande engagent sa responsabilité. Antoine Dogan ne pourra être tenu responsable en cas d’erreur d’adresse ou d’impossibilité de livraison imputable au client.
Article 7 : Non-conformité
En cas de réception d’un produit non conforme ou endommagé, le client est invité à contacter Antoine Dogan dans un délai de 30 jours ouvrés à l’adresse suivante : .
Article 8 : Droit de rétractation et retours
Conformément à l’article L221-28 du Code de la consommation, applicable en France et dans l’Union européenne, le droit de rétractation ne s’applique pas aux biens fabriqués selon les spécifications du consommateur ou nettement personnalisés. Les tirages photographiques proposés sur le site étant imprimés à la demande, aucun retour ni remboursement ne pourra être accepté, sauf en cas de produit défectueux ou non conforme à la commande initiale.
Article 9 : Taxes et droits de douane
Les prix sont affichés hors taxes. Les taxes applicables sont calculées lors du paiement en fonction de l’adresse de livraison. Pour les commandes internationales, d’éventuels droits de douane, taxes locales ou frais d’importation peuvent être exigés par les autorités du pays de destination. Ces frais restent à la charge exclusive de l’acheteur.
